Stored only on this device — the client name never leaves it. The alias (first two letters of the first name + first two of the last name) names the exported Excel files, e.g. JoDo_07-07-2026.xlsx. Leave the alias blank to use the auto value, or type your own.
With a passphrase, the backup file is AES-encrypted, so it stays private even if it lands in email or shared cloud storage. Without one, the file is readable by anyone who has it. Remember the passphrase — an encrypted backup cannot be opened without it.
Merge adds only days that are missing on this device (safe). Replace erases everything on this device and loads the backup instead.
These are the behaviors counted on the Target Behavior sheet (and its Trends and Excel columns). Set them up for the client. The other sheets (skin-picking, splints) keep the packet’s fixed structure.
Tap Open Mail, choose Mail, make sure the address above is in the “To” field (your iPad remembers it after the first time), then hit Send. The file is already attached.
Each day, tap Finish & send today at the bottom. Your iPad’s Mail opens with the day’s file already attached. Send it to the address below and your clinician receives it automatically. A short “received” reply comes back when it lands.
The app never uploads anything itself — sending goes through your own Mail, so the data stays inside your family’s and clinic’s email. To change the address, open Client & alias.
